Today Alex and I cleaned the house and watched a lot of football. The Seahawks and Vikings won! Then we met some friends; Sarah, Renae, Chris, Sarah, and Missy, for flag football practice. We ran some routes, practiced throwing, running and catching. It was a lot of fun. I really love playing football even though I am slow and suck at catching. And I think Alex is happy to get out and be active.
Overall good weekend.
