Work is fun.

This was Alex's post, but I just have to add that work is really fun for me right now. It's super stressful at school, but the end of the year is so exciting. Today my students finished all their books. We glued and stapled them together and tomorrow we are having a "Publishing Party." The students are going to get into groups and share their stories with the other 1st grade class, the principal, librarian, PE teacher, and reading teacher. I am so excited! And on Wednesday we had Field Day. It's been an interesting year being at a new school. I am so thankful for Alex and the fam for putting up with my emotional craziness through it all. After a year at Woodway I am thankful for the change and the perspective. I can say "Work is fun."
